Volunteer Needs

We are currently looking for the following positions for the 2026-2027 school year:

Co-Treasurer: Responsible for keeping track of finances, writing checks, online banking, etc.

Fundraising Chairperson: Responsible for running all fundraisers, coming up with new ideas, submitting / maintaining permits and licenses for fundraisers.

Craft Fair Co-Chairs (Day of Duties): Responsible for organizing volunteers and day-off event activities for our annual craft fair. 

Volunteer Ambassador Committee Chair: Responsible for coordinating volunteers at HD JACOBS HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC BOOSTERS events and act as welcome committee to new students and their families currently enrolled in Jacobs High School.

Concert Attire Committee Chair: Responsible for sizing, order and distribution of all student concert attire. Fittings shall be held annually at the start of the school year and on a date as recommended by Concert Attire Chairperson.

Pops Concert Committee Chair: Responsible for organizing and coordinating fundraising activities, but not limited to ticket sales, concessions, silent auction, raffles and donations.
